GENERATION CHARNWOOD (2022-current)
Role: Project Coordinator capacity
Project partners (Youth Sport Trust and Active Together) brought Resource Factor on board at the onset of this three-phase Charnwood based programme, to lead on the coordination of the employer placements phase. The programme is improving the wellbeing, life chances and employability skills of young people in Charnwood borough through sport. Resource Factor's role is having a positive impact supporting young adults to gain experiences with local employers in the sport and leisure sector.s. This has been life changing for some, who have increased their initial low-confidence to levels that have led to gaining paid local employement.
LEICESTER HOCKEY CLUB CIC (2018 - current)
Role: Business and funding support
Resource Factor is delivering in a defined support role within a project team to help manage works associated with club growth and development plans. The team have achieved sourcing a funding package to install a top class water based pitch on site, and secure over £200,000 in delivery funding for community sport programmes.
GROWTH ACCELERATOR FOR SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURS (2023-current)
Role: Social Enterprise Advisor (Emma as a CASE Associate Director)
The programme is delivered by the University of Leicester School of Business (ULSB) in partnership with the Cooperative and Social Enterprise Development Agency (CASE) and Community Enterprise Engine (CEE). Advisors provide expert 1-2-1 tailored support to social enterprise and charity ventures based in Leicester city. Support focuses on exploring growth and development potential, and strategies for sustaining business. The Advisors each facilitate peer support growth circles, to develop partnerships and collaborative offers.​
